Once your firm has verbal confirmation of your intended sponsorship from an Arete Wealth representative, please fill out this Sponsor Intake Form. 

Ensure your company attendees have:
>REGISTERED for the conference
>ROOMS: Our room block is now closed. If you are still seeking hotel accommodations at or near our host hotel (Renaissance Chicago Downtown), see our hotel page for options.

All sponsors may have a table throughout the conference to share materials and information. Note, the meeting space does not have space for booths, so items must fit on a standard table. Most common items used are branded tablecloths, brochures, small branded giveaways, and tabletop displays.

Electric and Wifi will also be available as needed for your space.

If you are shipping materials to the conference for your exhibit table, please use the address below.

*MATERIALS cannot be accepted by the hotel until WED, SEPT. 4th for the meeting start on MON, SEPT. 9th.
